Here's where we come in. Our worksheets have been distributed with children in unaided schools so all the teachers need are pictures, at least once a week, of the child having done some work on it. Maybe not as efficient as we would like it to be - but it's a start all the same. Healthy eating begins young - open discussions with younger children help them make better food choices as they get older.
