"Last weekend, I had the rare joy of bringing all my passions into one space.

Through Dare to Dream, a collaborative effort by @sukhaeducationfoundation, @theashokatree and my NGO @shishushakthi we engage with the incredible children of the Kannagi Nagar Education Center and children from the Silambam & Traditional Martial Arts Club, introducing them to professions they can pursue after school. The idea is to give them exposure into various fields of work and how they can pick careers from different streams based on their strengths and interests.

This time, I got to speak not just as the Managing Trustee of @shishushakthi , but also as Coach Soundarya, a fitness coach at @thequad.in, sharing what it means to build a career in strength and conditioning.

We spoke about the path to becoming a coach, the skills it demands, and most importantly, the heart behind the job. And yes, the cinemakaari in me came alive,using every film reference I could to make things click! 😊 

I’m grateful for moments like these,to speak about purpose, growth, and how our dreams can evolve. We are allowed to change paths, follow new callings, and still shine. When done with sincerity, discipline, and effort ,it all adds up.

I hope the kids walked away inspired and excited about new opportunities. I know I definitely did."
