why we do what we do

In a world where we barely talk beyond texting, it doesn't take much to spend a minute with someone who needs some company - to take a second to spread just one smile. 

To often, the excuse of not having enough time makes it easy to say we cannot do something nice for anyone else - whether it's just a small hello or taking time out to meet a friend whom you know has been having a tough week. What matters is, not that you have made time out of your busy schedule, but the difference you made in the other person's day.

Take time out to care.
